Food Safety Manager Certification – Eight hour program available for the Food Service Director and Assistant Director. This program is the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Program, which is required for all food service managers in Florida. Upon successful completion of the program and achieving a passing grade on the nationally standardized exam, the participants will receive Food Safety Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association. Employee Food Safety Training-One hour Food Safety program available for Food Handlers. Upon completion of the class, participants receive a ServSafe® Employee Food Safety Certificate.
